CD DUPLICATION

The Label That Never Sleeps specialises in fast turnaround CD duplication and print.

Duplication is particularly suited to low volume: normally around 1,000 or less.

We utilise the leading edge technologies and use only professional CD production machines.

Our production software is optimised for use with ONLY grade "A" media which we supply as standard.

This allows us to burn CDs of equivalent quality to a pressed CD ROM.

We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by testing every duplicated CD-R, carrying out a 100% bit for bit verification with your master to ensure that your CDs are exact copies of the original.

There are no minimum order quantities and we have duplication and print capacity in excess of 5,000 units per day.

If the project time is short and deadlines are critical, we can produce runs of 1,000 plus copies (within 24 hours if necessary).

We offer up to 4800dpi full colour (photo quality) inkjet printing and/or black thermal printing on your CD disks.

Packaged into a wide range of jewel cases or poly wallets (any weight) or any other packaging from our full range. (Please check packaging)


Grade A media is always used for top quality. We never compromise on media grade CD-Rs.

With our own in-house pro tools digital studios, you can even send your product on DAT OR MINIDISC for CD-R transfer. See other products for details.

DVD DUPLICATION

DVD is now very much an important format for both the film and the computer industry. The Label That Never Sleeps have DVD duplication and print facilities for low volume requirements or where a quick turnaround is required. Utilising the latest Pioneer drives we can duplicate and print identical copies of your Master DVD. All duplicated DVDs are subject to 100% verification with your master to ensure that they are exact copies of the original.

For runs of up to 1,000, it is more cost effective to burn and print DVD media and we can duplicate DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW or Authored DVD disks with our DVD Duplicators.

BLANK OR PRE-PRINTED CDR/DVD
We are stockists for Taiyo Yuden Grade A blank CDs / DVD & other Grade A Mediums. You can even promote your business with your very own logo printed on to the blanks before you receive them. We specialise in only Grade A products. Both white, silver inkjet and thermal printable. The choice is yours.
